The position owns sales for NURiQ, our formulation and innovation intelligence product. Initial focus is closing pilot engagements with mid-market F&B and CPG brands. Scope expands across the broader platform as accounts mature.
The role develops the outbound playbook, contributes to pricing and positioning, and reports directly to the founder.
Compensation is structured as commission only, with no base salary. Rates are tiered by lead source, with self-generated pipeline carrying the highest rate. Equity is granted in tranches that vest against revenue milestones, under standard cliff and vesting terms.
Exact rates by lead source, equity tranche thresholds, and a full earnings model are reviewed during the first interview. The structure is designed for a candidate optimizing for multi-year upside rather than near-term base compensation.
